In the app (instant): open RoamWise → More (☰) → your account card → Delete my account → confirm twice. This permanently removes your authentication account and profile data (email, name, Pro status) from our Firebase database.
Can't access the app? Email a deletion request from your registered address via the contact on our YouTube channel @mohucool; we complete requests within 7 days.
Data deleted: account credentials, profile, Pro membership record, payment claims. Data kept: none. Device-local data (XP, logs) can be cleared by uninstalling the app.
