RoamWise ("we", "our") is built by Mohit Pandey in Almora, India. This policy explains what we collect, how ads and cookies work, and the choices you have — including specific rights for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland.
RoamWise runs primarily on your device. Searches, XP, saved lists, profile fields and journey logs are stored in your browser's local storage on your device only. If you create an account, we store via Google Firebase: your email address, display name, optional profile details you choose to enter (such as a WhatsApp number or travel preferences), and your Pro membership status. We do not sell your personal data. Weather uses approximate IP-based location, fetched transiently to answer your request and never stored.

Payments are processed by UPI apps, Gumroad or other listed providers; we never receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials — only a payment or license reference used to activate Pro.
We rely on: Google AdSense (advertising); Google Firebase (authentication and database); Wikipedia and Openverse (destination information and photos); Open-Meteo (weather and geocoding); OpenStreetMap and CARTO (map imagery); YouTube (embedded videos). Each processes only the data needed to fulfil your request, under its own privacy policy.
RoamWise is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Delete your account anytime in-app: More → account → Delete my account, or see our account deletion page. Deletion removes your profile and cloud data permanently.
We may update this policy as our services evolve; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

RoamWise offers a range of pricing options — one-time unlocks, monthly and yearly subscriptions, long-term passes, and short-term passes — and these prices, tiers, and features may change at any time to reflect evolving business and market circumstances. If you are on an active paid subscription or pass when a price changes, your current term will be honored at the price you paid; any change applies to renewals and new purchases going forward, not retroactively to time you've already paid for. Founding-member or limited-time offers (such as an early lifetime price) are exactly that — limited-time, and their availability may end without individual notice once their stated conditions (a user cap, a time window, or both) are reached.
